The Haier people write Haier stories
There are too many books about Haier, but they are not written by Haier
people. T
his morning, the premiere of three books, which were written by Haier
people, was held. They are What Haier People say about Haier, Stories and
Philosophies of Haier and The Road Towards Haier Brands. This is first time the
Haier people announce in form of publications their pioneering experiences and
the success story in the past 20 years and the expectations of the future.
Since 1984 when the first refrigerator was made, Haier has been making its
career for 20 good years. Thanks to the perseverance and endeavor in the past 20
years, Haier has grown from a small factory with a turnover of only 3.48 million
yuan RMB to be a transnational group with a turnover of 100 billion. This
miracle is heatedly discussed in so many books about Haier, including The
Management Mode of Haier, Haier, Made in China and What Zhang Ruimin says.
However, Haier people take up their pens this time, writing about their thoughts
about work and their experiences of making the career-'We believe everyone can
find his own image in those stories.'
These three books are published by Qingdao Press and distributed by Xinhua
Bookstore. At the premiere, the president of Qingdao Press, Meng Mingfei told
the journalists that the three books would be recommended to the readers in
2005, and would be presented at the China National Book Fair, which would be
held in Beijing on 17th of this month.（Li Xiaohua）

海爾人寫出海爾故事
關(guān)于海爾的書很多，但都是海爾之外的人寫海爾。今天上午，由海爾人自己寫的《海爾人話海爾》、《海爾的故事與哲理》和《海爾品牌之路》三本書舉行了首發(fā)式。這是海爾人第一次用系列出版物的形式把自己20年的創(chuàng)業(yè)歷程回顧、成功經(jīng)驗的總結(jié)和對未來的展望系統(tǒng)地公布于眾。
從1984年生產(chǎn)第一臺電冰箱開始，海爾創(chuàng)業(yè)到現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)整整20年了。歷經(jīng)20年不懈奮斗，海爾從一個當(dāng)初年營業(yè)額只有348萬元的小廠，發(fā)展到今天年營業(yè)額高達1000億元的跨國集團。海爾的奇跡被許多人津津樂道，從《海爾的管理模式》、《海爾中國造》到《張瑞敏如是說》，關(guān)于海爾的書真是不少。這次，海爾人自己拿起筆，或是工作感言，或是創(chuàng)業(yè)歷程－－"相信每一個人都會從這些小故事中找到自己的位置"。
這三本書由青島出版社出版，由新華書店發(fā)行。在今天的首發(fā)式上，青島出版社社長孟鳴飛向記者透露，這三本書將作為青島出版社2005年的主推圖書，并將在本月17日參加北京舉行的全國圖書訂貨會。
