Wuhan snaps Shandong's unbeaten streak

  Shandong Luneng's unbeaten streak of 18 ended when they lost to Wuhan Huanghelou, 3-2 in the ninth round of the China Super League.

  The newly promoted Wuhan is now on an unexpected seven-game winning streak.

  In other results, League champions Shenzhen Jianlibao remain
at the bottom of the table, after a 2-1 defeat at Liaoning, their fifth consecutive loss of the season.

  In Shanghai's Hongkou Stadium, Shenhua was held to a 2-2 draw with Tianjin Kangshihu.

  On Saturday, in a Liaoning derby, veteran Li Ming scored from a free kick to give Dalian Shide a 1-0 win over Shenyang Ginde.

  The win keeps Dalian on top of the league.
